01.
Inquiry & Teck Pack Review
We review buyer's concept, reference, and technical package to confirm materials (licensed fabric), artwork, construction, sizing, and key details.
02.
Initial Costing & Quotation
We calculate manufacturing cost overheads, raw material importing costs, and labor. Then, we provide an initial FOB quote, and align on the final pricing for the program.
03.
We create a prototype sample based on the approved tech pack (buckram molding, fabric selection, and others). Then, we collaborate closely with buyer's product team to fine-tune specs until approved.

PO & Production Planning
After sample and price approval, partner issue the PO (Purchase Order) and we allocate capacity and lines to match the required delivery window without any logistical bottleneck.
05.
Raw Material Sourcing & Lab Testing
We source fabrics, trims, and custom components, then complete required testing (durability, colorfastness, compliance) before cutting.
06.
We run a PP sample using actual bulk materials as the final confirmation and safety check before the mass production begins.
